Project Details :

Cardiovascular Disease is a leading cause of death globally. The UK has a disproportionately high burden of cardiovascular disease (CVD) and people of South Asian and African origin have the highest risks of developing the condition. Crossway Alliance worked to address this growing public health challenge in a sustainable way, culminating in a demonstration program termed Cardiovascular- Disease & Cholesterol Awareness.
