What We Did :

At Glance...

Basically, the workshop focused on types and causes of urinary incontinence and the lifestyle changes to manage urinary incontinence. The aim is to empower women with the knowledge they need about these conditions, provide support and signpost those who need further advice to the appropriate service.

Final Results :

The project is unique as it offered individuals the necessary information on what to look out for about their health that ultimately reduces incontinence.

Other benefits from the project includes bringing people together for friendship, sharing of lived experience and connecting them to resources within their community for optimal health and wellbeing and creating a community of support that encourages healthy lifestyle choices and long-term wellness through cross-sector partnerships.
