Description for our service
We understand that for some reasons people go hungry, often times not a fault of their own. Sometimes as a result of low income, losing your job or as a result of illness. A little help with food can go a long way to prevent mental health issues, malnutrition and reduce stress.
We don’t think anyone in our community should have to go hungry. That’s why we provide nutritionally balanced emergency food and support to local people who are referred to us when the need arises. We are part of a nationwide network of foodbanks, supported by The Trussell Trust, working to combat poverty and hunger across the UK.
