About Member
Olu is a final year social work student volunteering in the role of social inclusion lead. She has experience of working with asylum seekers and refugees and in adult care. She undertakes holistic assessment of service users, identifying their needs and barriers while providing support to improve their resilience, addressing their social needs and helping them to integrate into the community.
As BA Social Work candidate, she brings her social work skills into practice at Crossway Alliance. In her role, she is able to identify what matters to people advocate and link them to the resources within the community.
