What We Did :

At a Glance...

CKD also increases the risk of other health problems like heart disease and stroke. Developing CKD is usually a very slow process with very few symptoms at first.

Final Results :

Expansion of CKD awareness throughout community and to other boroughs with the aim of identifying  people especially people of African and South Asian origin with high risk of developing the condition.

Increase in awareness and knowledge on symptoms, risk factors amongst community members and on the need to participate in national health checks.
